We run a fab shop and erection crew in El Paso, Texas. Like everyone in this industry, we relied on whiteboards, group texts, spreadsheets, and a patchwork of software that never quite fit. Job tracking was chaos. Status updates took hours. The same questions got asked ten times a day.
